▶100g, Bean Thread Noodles
● Vegetable (Carrot,Cucumber and Basil)
● Pounded Peanut.
● Dressing Sauce:
Garlic
Scallion
Chili Pepper
Sesame Seed
Chili Powder
Boiling Oil
1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp, Soy Sauce
1 tbsp, Sugar
1/4 tsp, Salt
1 tbsp, Rice Vinegar.

▶ Method :
1. Soak the bean thread noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Transfer out and transfer in cool water. Drain the noodles and set aside.
2. Making the dressing sauce. Place the garlic, scallion, chili pepper, sesame seed, chili powder and pour the boiling oil over them. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar and salt. Mix it well and set aside.
3. Place bean thread noodles, cucumber, carrot, basil and dressing sauce in a large bowl. Combine well.
4. Sprinkle the pounded peanut, done!
