Well I never had the need to do a rap before
And I barely even pick up my guitar any more
but yesterday I heard my laptop go ping
there was Edgar from Afera with the Hot 16

So I thought for a minute ‘what am I gonna do?’
If Bajzel’s done it maybe I should, too
So I sat and had a drink and made some lyrical notes
about my cash, car, flat, gold, shoes and coats

But nothing really worked, I couldn’t make it fit
I tried my best but it sounded like shit
My flat is pretty small but I live like a king
And the only gold I own is my wedding ring

I’m up with sun like every single day
Start with cheese on toast and a cafe au lait
I take my own sandwiches to work with me
and at 5pm I have a nice cup of tea

I’ve got a wife and 2 kids who I really do adore

I’ve been in Poznan for 15 years
I drink the local vodka and I drink the local beers
I try to speak Polish but it’s tough for me

For the last 2 months I’ve been giving you a swerve
