This class is unique because it focuses on achieving this particular pose. Keep in mind that practice and repetition are beneficial. Please don’t feel bad if you cannot get into the pose successfully or for long periods of time on your first few tries!

I was born in Brazil, grew up in France, studied in the US and now I am currently living in Colombia. I have always been passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
