West Coast Wild Flowers 2020

This video is of our amazing trip to the Postberg area within the West Coast National Park just before Langebaan, South Africa to see the Spring Wild Flowers. We left very early in the morning to get to the gate just as they opened, even then we were in a line of about 12 cars in front of us. We paid R63 per adult but I think the price went up to R90 from 1 September. Their signage at the main gate said that the Postberg area only opened at 10:00 but when we got there at around 09:20 they opened the gate. I think it is weather permitting because the flowers only 'open' when there is sunshine. The Postberg area entrance gate is about 22 kms from the West Coast Gate (that we entered through) and from the Langebaan Gate it is about 32kms.
