Many people, after finishing their studies are often super excited when they land their first job. This is even more the case when they start as Management Trainee or Graduate Trainee, since these programs often promise development and fast progression. Oftentimes however, people get stuck in their position as they get to comfortable in their new jobs.

Here in this video I want to talk about how the early years of your first job and your time as a Management Trainee is the perfect time to find out more about your career aspirations, and use the resources and opportunities to pivot in a different direction if necessary.
