Today’s video is about my ordinary day with my baby girl.

Starting with my new morning ritual and then we go out for grocery shopping and a park...and of course I cook!
Quite normal and there is nothing so new in my life but I am trying to find something interesting for me and my little one everyday.

◆Curry paella recipe
【Ingredients】
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
5 green asparagus
handful of mushrooms
10-12 shrimps
10 clams
1 chicken thigh (about 200g)
45ml of white wine
5ml of curry powder
5ml of chicken bouillon powder
2 cups of rice (a cup measuring about 150 grams)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

【recipe】
①Mince garlic, onion and mushrooms. Cut bell peppers and asparagus into bite size pieces. Remove the veins from the shrimps. Clean sand out of the clams. Cut chicken into small pieces.
②Put olive oil in a pan, fry bell peppers and asparagus. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Put the vegetables on a plate. Mince the 1/3 of bell peppers.
③Sprinkle some salt end pepper on the shrimps and pan-fry them in the same pan , and then put the shrimps on a plate.
④Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the chicken and pan-fry them in the same pan, add white wine and wait until it boils. Turn off the heat. Put the chicken on a plate.
⑤Put soup from ④ in a measuring cup and add water and make it 2 cups. Add curry powder and chicken bouillon powder into it. Put salt if necessary ( I do not put it:)).
⑥Put olive oil in the same pan and pan-fry the garlic and then onion. Add mushrooms, rice and minced bell peppers into it, and stir fry them a little.
⑦Make ⑥ flat and put clams and bell peppers, and then add ⑤. Heat on high until it boils and then cover and heat for 19 minutes on low. Heat on high for 1 minute, and then turn off the heat. Put chicken, shrimps and asparagus and cover and leave it for 5 minutes .

◆Coriander and Tomato salad
Chop coriander and tomatoes and put lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper:)
Put in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
