How to Schedule an Appointment at the U.S. Embassy

Click Israel, West Bank and Gaza on the dropdown menu.
Click "I'm not a robot"
Click "Next"
Click "The U.S. Embassy offices in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv Covering, Israel_West_Bank_and_Gaza"

A. Jerusalem - Passport renewal (DS-11)
