My name's Andrew and I search for the best audio to focus and relax to. I personally love ambient music for focusing and nature songs to relax.

There's something called drone/drone-like sounds that are used for meditation. Music that is drone-like has unbroken sounds and unchanging pitch. They are optimal for improving concentration!

Sometimes I think us humans need more time spent in the sun and in nature. I get neither much living in the city in the north 😭. So nature sounds help a little. I've been trying an eye mask with earphones installed for better sleeping! Try it!

Humans have become cut off from the sounds of our nature, and bombarded by sounds that create stress. Listening to the sounds of nature at least reminds me that fresh air and summer are coming. I don't know why these sounds are so peaceful but try them they help!
