▶ roasted peppers about 10 pcs
▶ 400 g of any cheese
▶ 3 eggs
▶ parsley
▶ a little salt
▶ pepper
Topping:
▶ 2 eggs
▶ 100 ml of milk
▶ a little butter or oil (2 tablespoons)
▶ 80 g of grated cheese
