Isle of Skye wild camping: Amazing fishing and Sunny adventures!

Fishing at Rubha Hunish with Matty on the Isle of Skye, offers a breathtaking and serene experience. Situated at the northernmost tip of the island, Rubha Hunish is renowned for its rugged cliffs and panoramic views of the surrounding sea. The journey there is an adventure in itself, traversing scenic landscapes and wild, untouched nature.

On a recent fishing trip, I was fortunate to catch two pollock, Matty also caught two mackerel adding to the excitement of the day. The pollock, with their distinctive bronze coloring, and the shiny, iridescent mackerel were both challenging and rewarding to catch, showcasing the marine life of the area. The fishing conditions were ideal, enhancing the overall experience.

After a day of fishing, we set up camp, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Rubha Hunish.
