Many people have been asking - is there a difference between Level 1 & Level 2 Spinal Energetics?
👉The short answer is - yes!
I should also mention that everyone’s experience of this work differs, just as one session can differ from the next for the same person. This reflects the different states, emotions and experiences that we live in as human beings… one day is not the same as the next, even when you are doing the same thing.
It can be difficult to describe in words… This is my attempt: Level 1 is like a preparation, a joining of body and mind, shedding layers and patterns that no longer serve you, and release.
Level 2 is more akin to becoming, embodying and leaves you with feelings of connectedness, peace and ‘bliss’... like 'coming home' to oneself.
Both Level 1 & Level 2 are integral parts of my practice. It should be noted that one level is not 'better' than another.. it is like having an extra tool in the kit to help to support you on your healing journey. Like the seasons in nature, what is best for you at one time may be different at another and ultimately I am only a facilitator in your journey.
This is not a ‘magic pill’ modality, and requires a commitment to more than one session to see results. Your body will only move through what it is ready to, and I would encourage you to ask questions and seek advice to make sure that this work is what is best for you.
