On this video I hang and smoke up a 14 pound full turkey for Thanksgiving Day! I used the Tony C's for an injection and a few simple rubs to give this bird some outstanding flavor! Hanging a full bird just gives it a out of this world flavor and is probably one of the more fun ways to cook a turkey! I used B and B oak lump charcoal and a few chunks of applewood and maintained pit temps between 275-295F throughout this whole cook. I pulled the bird off when the breast hit 161F and let it rest for about 45 minutes and then had a Thanksgiving feast with allllll the good sides!
