This newly opened Asian restaurant inside the luxurious ITC Maratha Hotel seamlessly blends the essence of true Indian luxury and hospitality with the flavors of various Asian countries. Situated next to Dum Pukht and Peshawari, YI JING offers a culinary journey through South Asia, featuring a diverse menu from China, Korea, Japan and many more countries. Immersed in red and golden decor with complimentary lights, this space greets you with an aromatic & refreshing cup of Jasmine tea. Their extensive menu unfolds a journey through the streets of ancient Japan to modern day Beijing. From soups and dim sum to baos, noodles, rice, and stir-fries, it's all here. What sets this place apart is its remarkable variety in vegetarian offerings, including the Hot & Sour soup with tofu, Cantonese-style lotus stem, and stir-fried water chestnut, showcasing their commitment to flavorful plant-based options. This also enables Vegan and Jain options in many of their delicacies. However, the non-vegetarian section shines equally with stunning dishes like the Chicken char siu dumplings shaped as delicate swans and the renowned Beijing Duck or Peking Duck. Another specialty here are the Handmade noodles, and it’s flavour is as captivating as its way of preparation! Don’t miss it when the chef makes it.
