Since Southern California usually has quite a lot of rain around this time of year, I thought it would be interesting to look into a few of the past floods Fullerton has encountered. This video focuses on local history through historic photographs from the 1938 Flood in Fullerton and pictures of the construction of the city's barrancas, followed by a look at the barrancas as they appear today.
