Korean food is one of my favorite cuisines. Bibimbap (비빔밥) is probably one of the most well-known Korean food in the world.

This simple yet delicious and healthy meal consists of mixed rice with vegetables, an egg, and with or without meat. It can be served hot or cold.

Gwanaksan (관악산) is a beautiful Korean mountain located in the Southern part of Seoul. When someone asks me where to hike in Seoul, I always recommend them Gwanaksan. It is an excellent spot for hiking in Seoul. It offers a birds-eye view over the city, you will be able to visit two Buddhist temples and of course, try delicious Korean food at the end of the hike.

In this video, I enjoyed a tasty vegetarian bibimbap (when ordering it without the egg, this becomes a vegan bibimbap).
