A six minutes opening sequence, live performed on my Eurorack modular synthesizer. In this case I composed this taking inspiration from trip to Berlin, visiting Superbooth 2021 and the city. Encountering the Holocaust Memorial and walking through that I felt a very heavy weight, feeling a bit lost. In this piece I mainly use the Intellijel Atlantis for droning bass, Noise Engineering Loquelic Iteritas Percido act as a horns section and two Intellijel Plonks create distorted strings. All voices get some Mimeophon sauce via an aux send and the whole stereo mix is passed through Desmodus Versio as well; gluing the lot together. To my ears this almost sounds like an orchestra!
