After putting in hours of hard work, it can be frustrating and disheartening when clients fail to pay on time. We've all been there, right?

In situations where the project is complete and the client is satisfied with the work, it is time to address the issue of the final payment. Taking the initiative, I often send an email expressing gratitude for their project and excitement to deliver the final results. But, of course, I kindly remind them that the final files will be sent once that final invoice is paid.

Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients is essential, and part of that includes being patient with payment. However, it is equally important to strike a balance between understanding and ensuring that your hard work is properly compensated.
