Marshmallow Fluff
5 egg whites
1.5 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Whisk sugar and eggs together then place over a double boiler, whisking occasionally until reaching 165F. Move to stand mixer and mix until fluffy. Add in salt and vanilla.
