Despite these decreases, the average days on market decreased to 29 before successfully being sold, down from 56 days in January, a decrease of 95%. This indicates that homes in OHCC are selling faster in February, which is a positive sign for sellers.

The average price per square foot was $514.87, down from $515.70 in January, a decrease of .016%. While this is a minor decrease, it is worth noting that the average percentage of list price obtained increased to 96% from 93% in January, an increase of 3.22%.
