CMM-6R is a special #transformer #oil #regeneration plant that removes solid particles and mineral oil decomposition products during processing and restores oil to the new-like quality with the possibility of its subsequent use. Plant regenerates electrical insulating oils, which are used in power transformers, high-voltage bushings and circuit breakers.

The CMM-6R transformer oil regeneration plant with a maximum power consumption of 33 kW is a frame structure with tanks, pipelines and pumps. Oil regeneration takes place in 6 columns containing a total of 800 kg of Fuller's Earth adsorbent, which absorbs harmful impurities and aging products, as a result of which muddy and brown oil becomes clean and transparent. Due to the treatment of the oil, its surface tension is at least 30-45 N/m, its acid number (0.01-0.03 mg KOH/g) and the dielectric loss tangent are reduced.

CMM-6R transformer oil regeneration plant is equipped with many sensors to monitor oil level, pressure, etc.

The main advantages of the CMM-6R plant are:

waste-free mineral oil regeneration;
systemic multiple sorbent reactivation;
semi-automatic control;
silent operation due to the special noise suppressor;
extended life time of age transformers.

At the design stage plant can be ordered as stationary or as mobile unit with subsequent installation on a trailer, so such plant may differ in parameters from those shown in this video.
