Dragonflight 10.1 Tier sets were just spoiled!! While we don't have the Vengeance one in the game yet, the havoc one is there and fully testable! The Tier set for havoc demon hunter seems potentially strong, but boring, while the vengeance one seems really strong and interesting! All in all, i think this is a great first pass at the tier sets!
