As a homemaker you have 24 hour job without any break or off day. So feeling overwhelmed while meeting everyones need in the house is a normal thing. But problem comes here when while feeling like this, we almost lost our energy, feeling lost, de motivated, sad, frustated, anxious and mood swings. All these things effect our work and health. So as a homemaker i also go through of all these problems. So i thought i should discuss with all other homemakers too.
