Gundam: Battle Assault [PS1] - Char's Zaku in Story Mode

Char's Zaku is a hidden character in this game. He is an unlockable playable character in Vs Mode, but he cannot be used in the Story Mode.

When using him in Story mode, only the mech applies. The pilot remains as Heero Yuy (it's his story after all).

===== About Char's Zaku =====
As the name suggests, Char's Zaku is an alternate version of regular Zaku II. He has a red colour palette instead of green, and his head is slightly different.

Gameplay-wise, Char's Zaku is a great mech and is the best of the hidden characters. His speed is very fast, is agile, and has high combo ability. His Grenade special move and Grenade Special super move are good for keeping opponents back and combo-ing into.

The pilot for this mech is Char Aznable.

===== About Gundam: Battle Assault =====
This is a very good mech/robot fighting game, the 2D graphics are excellent and the sprites are animated really well. The gameplay is good, with chain combos and Cyberbots-style special moves. Due to the large sprites and high amount of animation, the game runs at 30fps.

The soundtrack is well-composed and is of the techno music genre, which is typical of what you would find in a Gundam-related mech/robot fighting game.
