This is a bilateral-stimulation music session with a bilateral beat running at around 45 BPM for ten hours. The visual goes to dark screen after about 5 minutes. This session has no leads for less distraction. There's a 40 Hz wave playing throughout the piece, and a 10Hz Alpha binaural beat is played intermittently throughout.

Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
