Free-motion quilters, this filler is simple, easy, yet offers a great textured impact to your quilt. It does take a little practice to make sure you are consistently getting rounded shapes. I often use a similar stitch that I call a paisley. It begins with a feather shape and is echoed with oval rings. This demonstrated stitch, on the other hand, is all about the roundness. Start with a circle, then continue to echo that first one with off-set circles that grow in one direction.
