Most fun event in the game hands down.
The dream events aren't actual Olympic events but they're all really fun.
What makes this game crazy is all of the items. Boo basically halves your speed and the more Boos you have on you the slower you go, with a maximum of three boos on a single person. They can only be gotten rid of by running over a boost arrow or using the High Speed shoes.
And the two most fixed items the Lightning Bolt and Chaos Emerald.
The lightning bolt completely stops all players in front of you for a second and then also leaves them dazed for a few more seconds allowing them to run no more than half full speed.
Now the Chaos Emerald does the exact same thing, but acts as both a Lightning bolt and High Speed shoes; letting you completely fly by the other competitors.
Aww poor Sonic, you can see from all that that even if you're in view of the finish line the race isn't yours just yet.
