13" dolls like the Disney Animator dolls
14" dolls like the Hearts for Hearts Girls
15" dolls like Wellie Wishers
16" dolls like vintage Velvet dolls from Ideal Toy Corp
17" dolls like Mattel's Endless Hair Kingdom Barbie
18" dolls like BFC Ink dolls and vintage Crissy dolls

These patterns will not fit traditional 18-inch American Girl dolls or Journey Girls, or similar-sized 18" dolls.
