ENG: Finally, I've recorded this bus exactly the way I wanted. Also, it was on a route where it was a regular vehicle for years, and even driven by its regular driver at the time (10-15 years ago). I already wrote that the bus was in a great condition during that time, because it had its regular schedule, and the driver took great care of it. I'm sure you can hear in this recording that the "connection" between the driver and the vehicle is still very strong. Compared to recent rides on route 8a, this one was great. Not even the hissing of the heater could ruin it. It seems that the mechanics did some work on the bus: the vibrations were absent even at high speed, and the engine has regained some pulling power. Also, the strange sound I complained about (most pronounced in 3rd gear and at idle) was eliminated. The only unusual thing left is the idle, which is still set a bit higher. As I said - some repairs have probably been done on this bus, but I think it's also important that it's driven by a driver that knows it well, and is capable of taking the maximum out of it even at 33 years of its age.

SRB: Konačno sam snimio ovaj autobus tačno onako kako sam i želeo. Takođe, bio je na liniji na kojoj je bio redovno vozilo godinama, a čak ga vozio i njegov redovni vozač iz tog doba (pre 10-15 godina). Već sam pisao kako je tada autobus bio u odličnom stanju zato što je imao svoj redovan raspored i vozač je veoma vodio računa o njemu. Uveren sam da na ovom snimku čujete da je "povezanost" između vozača i vozila još uvek vrlo jaka. U poređenju sa nedavnim vožnjama na liniji 8a, ova je bila sjajna. Čak ni šuštanje grejača nije moglo da je pokvari. Čini se da su mehaničari nešto radili na autobusu: vibracija nije bilo ni pri većim brzinama i vučna snaga motora se delimično povratila. Takođe, čudan zvuk na koji sam se žalio (najistaknutiji u trećoj brzini i "na leru") je bio otklonjen. Jedina preostala neobična stvar je nešto viši "ler". Kao što rekoh - neke poprvake su verovatno izvršenene na ovom autobusu, ali, mislim da je takođe važno i to što je vožen od strane vozača koji ga dobro poznaje i ume iz njega da izvuče maksimum čak i sa njegove 33 godine starosti.
