US President Joe Biden has received a warm reception during his historic visit to Angola.

He just became the first sitting head of state from America to visit the oil-rich African state.

Biden has met with his Angolan counterpart President Joao Lourenco to discuss trade, investment, infrastructure and security as well as deepening US-Angolan cooperation.

The US leader will also travel to Lobito on Wednesday for a summit on infrastructure investment with leaders fro, Angola, DRC, Tanzania, and Zambia.
