This week, I interview my friend @raisingwarriorsoflight, Jami Diaz. Jami is an energy healer, author and coach who's goal is helping families cultivate more joyful connections. Jami's's first book was just self published after a successful, fully funded Kickstarter campaign. I couldn't be more proud as she's talked about writing a book as long as I've known her. She and I met in 1997 while working at Yahoo!. We also were in a bike gang called, Thee Sprokettes, of which I am sporting my at least 18 year old logo emblazoned hoodie.
Jami is the real deal. She walks us through how she found her specific line of energy work using the Syntara System. She quickly realized both the immediate and prolonged and sustained impact this type of work had on her family and wanted to spread the good word to the world.
Not only does she share insights into her own journey, but also a few tips and tricks to stay grounded when sh*t hits the fan. While her audience and message is mainly aimed at parents, her words of wisdom are applicable for anyone looking to make small changes for a big impact.
