After a brief review of the markets we then reviewed how a trader might consider a bearish trade and the reasons that could lead them to that idea. While buyers of stock might consider buying after a stock closes above the high of the low day during its pullback, a bearish trader might do the opposite...look for a close below the low of the high day in a rally to indicate the rally may have ended. After that, we looked at a bullish example with the potential for multiple entry points.
