Rachel Alucard is in Blazblue Entropy Effect. The first DLC from since the game got released. She summons, sets traps and unleashes Hurricanes on her foes.
Those who supported the game early were lucky enough to get her for free. Hopefully the developers will keep adding many more characters as time passes.
