How to make juicy glazed chicken, an easy chicken recipe for dinner.


Glazed chicken

4 big boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp corn starch powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp spring onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp sweet paprika



GLAZE INGREADIENTS

4 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp balsamic glaze
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp spring onion
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 big minced garlic
1 tsp chicken stock powder




-PUT THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL, WATER, SOY SAUCE, SALT, SWEET PAPRIKA, BLACK PEPPER, BROWN SUGAR, GARLIC POWDER, GINGER POWDER, SPRING ONION AND THEN MIX WELL.

-PLACE THE CHICKEN THIGHS THAT HAVE BEEN CLEANED, PAT DRIED AND TENDERIZED WITH A HAMMER IN THE MARINADE COVER AND SET ASIDE FOR 30 MINUTES TO MARINATE IT.

-IN THE MEANTIME COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE GLAZE, WATER, HONEY, SOY SAUCE, BALSAMIC GLAZE, BROWN SUGAR, BLACK PEPPER, CHIVES, SWEET PAPRIKA, SALT, CHICKEN STOCK, SRIRACHA SAUCE, FRESH MINCED GARLIC, FRESH GRATED GINGER, MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE.

-SPRINKLE CORNSTARCH ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CHICKEN THIGHS, IN A BIG PAN PUT 3 TBSP OF COOKING OIL HEAT ON MEDIUM, ADD THE CHICKEN TO THE PAN DO NOT OVERCROWD THE PAN, FRY FOR 8 MINUTES ON ONE SIDE TURN ON THE OTHER SIDE FRY FOR 8 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM THE PAN, IN THE SAME PAN ADD THE GLAZE MIXTURE COOK FOR 4 MINUTES, ADD THE CHICKEN AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM THE STOVE

-SLICE THE CHICKEN INTO SMALL PIECES, SERVE WITH RICE AND ENJOY.
