Beef Handi Cooking Recipe is Firstly grind Onion,make a paste, set aside. Grind tomatoes & make purée, set aside, Heat Oil, add fry onion patse, when slightly colour change, add ginger garlic paste start bhonofy until onion turn into light brown. Add tomatoes purée with all seasoning, bhonofy for a minute. Add meat with lil water, cover & cook for couple of minutes until beef is half done. Add yogurt, bhonofy for couple of minutes, (if at this stage your meat is not tender, add lil water n cover & cook). Lastly add kasuri meethi & garam masala, mix it well, turn off the flame & cover for a minute. Before serving squeeze lemon juice.
