The Great Fogo Island Punt Race to There and Back (2007)

For over a decade, Shorefast has spearheaded projects to facilitate the spread of traditional boatbuilding knowledge. One of their previous initiatives includes the award-winning Great Fogo Island Punt Race to There and Back. Directed by Christopher Richardson, this short film gives us a glimpse back to 2007, the inaugural year of the Punt Race, and features interviews with race organizers, competitors, and boatbuilders alike.
