Graduate School can challenge you in so many ways, and this can, at times, cause stress, balance issues, and more. This fall, the Office of Graduate Programs has partnered with UM-Flint's Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) to bring you practical workshops that will help you with many of these challenges.

It can be difficult to maintain balance in our everyday lives, especially when we have roles and responsibilities to uphold. When we feel a lack of balance, we might start to experience burnout, low mood, and even difficulties within our relationships. So, in an effort to help manage this change, this presentation focuses on learning about the 8 dimensions of wellness and providing tips and tricks on how to know your limit and support your overall well-being.
