Hi! Today I'm sharing with you everything I've learned about eating at Disney World (and the Disney Cruise Line) with food allergies. My son has seven food allergies - wheat, dairy, soy, peanuts, eggs, tomatoes, and cashew - and we went to Disney earlier this year without any problems at all. As long as you know your options and are prepared to have a conversation about what's best for your own health, Disney will be happy to accommodate you in whatever way possible.
