We have been using the Lelit Mara X for a couple of weeks, and so far, we are in love with it!
.
As an upgrade from the Gaggia Classic Pro which is a king in its price range, we are enjoying all the differences and we will share them with you soon.
That being said, we will share a few tips for the steaming process that might help you with the Mara X:

🔹️After you finish brewing the espresso shot, the machine will automatically raise the pressure of the steam boiler from 1.5 bar to 2.5 💫
This is automatically set for two reasons, the first is to slightly heat the boiler after you have used it for brewing espresso, and the second is to give you an extra steaming pressure if you are planing to steam.
🔹️Open the steam valve for a few seconds to purge the left-over water, close it again, and you will be ready to start steaming your milk.
🔹️In order to insure you milk is mixed in the best possible way, use another pitcher to mix the milk before pouring. Just make sure to pour it slowly on the edges of the second pitcher to avoid adding air bubbles to the milk.
🔹️Knock the pitcher a few time to pop any leftover bobbles and you are good to go ☕🤍💫
