Ingredients:

1 large flour tortilla
1 pack of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
1 can of tuna or chicken (in water or oil)
1 small bag of crunchy Asian snacks (such as shrimp chips or rice crackers)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Sriracha or hot sauce (optional)
Sliced scallions or chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
Open the can of tuna or chicken and drain any excess liquid.
Crush the crunchy Asian snacks into smaller pieces. You can use your hands or put them in a plastic bag and gently crush them with a rolling pin or a heavy object.
Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread the cooked ramen noodles in the center of the tortilla.
Add the tuna or chicken on top of the noodles.
Drizzle the soy sauce over the filling.
Sprinkle the crushed Asian snacks over the filling.
If desired, add a drizzle of Sriracha or hot sauce for extra spice.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly to form a burrito shape.
Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the burrito on all sides for a crispy exterior.
Serve the Asian-inspired prison burrito as is or garnish with sliced scallions or chopped cilantro.
