2023 SICTC Welding Competition presented by NIX:

We recently held our first Annual Welding Competition at the Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center. A welding competition like this was merely an idea a year ago but with the help of our partners at SICTC, this year's competition was a huge success!

Participants competed in one of three categories: Student, Apprentice, or Professional.

With the help of our generous sponsors, Lincoln Electric and Evansville Welding Supply, we were able to award the top 3 winners in each category with prizes like welding gloves and caps, grinders, and the 1st place winners received a Lincoln welding bag kit! 🏆

We appreciate every participant that signed up and spent the morning showcasing your welding talent with us.
