I love a positive mind kriya. This kundalini yoga kriya - Kriya for the Third Body (aka positive mind) - was recommended to me many moons ago by a friend who had practiced it for 40 days. She said she had become invincible! Anything that needed doing, she did it, no procrastination. So I tried this kundalini kriya for 40 days and - YES - I can attest that it makes you invincible (in heart and mind at least!). I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
