Take note to clarify: Even, Krunker has in-game limiter but you still having unstable frametime and stuttering. You need external tools like RiveTunerStatisticsServer(RTSS)/NVIDIA FPS limiter/AMD's Chill FPS limiter then adjust it to have more stable Frametime.

Frametime is the time delay between frames, and count as ms(millisecond).
Framerate and Frametime is different.

You don't need too much fps if you suffer from stuttering.
