EA just dropped 91 Prime Icon Wayne Rooney yesterday as an SBC so I wanted to try him out to see whether he is worth completing or not. Surprisingly, this Rooney card felt amazing. The only downside of this card is the 3 star skill moves. If you don't mind using strikers that only have 3 star skill moves, you will enjoy using Prime Rooney.
