1. Prepare the rice by cleaning the surface starch; no need to soak.

2. Heat the clay pot with oil. Add rice and flatten it.

3. Pour water, about 1cm higher than the rice level.

4. Add Chinese sausages and Chinese cured pork belly on top.

5. Bring to a boil, then cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

6. Once it starts smoking, poke a few holes in the rice.

7. Drizzle oil around the rice cooker, swirling constantly, and cook for another 2 minutes.

8. Take out the Chinese sausage and Chinese cured pork belly, slice them, and then add all ingredients back. Continue cooking for 1 minute.

9. Prepare the sauce: mix onion, hot oil 1 tbsp, light soy sauce 2 tbsp, dark soy sauce 1 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tbsp, sugar 0.5 tbsp, and salt.

10. Pour the sauce over the cooked rice. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top and stir well.
