Chicken Boredom Buster

I wanted to share my next DIY video. I am creating a fun Boredom Buster for our Chickens! I envision it sparkling in the sunlight and catching the hen’s attention. They are such curious creatures. It took longer than I thought it would; but we love how it turned out. 😊

Items needed for the project:
• Metal corner frame pieces
• Chicken wire
• Beads – lots and lots of beads in various sizes
• Metal jewelry findings – straight pins
• Jump rings
• Pliers – I used different styles through the project
• Wood and plexiglass for supports
• Pavers
• Pool noodles – cut to size

Directions:
• Gather all materials
• Secure metal pieces to create the frame
• Cover the frame in chicken wire – secure the wire ends so they do not poke anything
• Get it an idea of how many dangles you will need to cover the wire
• Make the dangles
• Attach the dangles to the chicken wire
• Attach the frame to the wood base
• Place the pavers in chicken run, set the beaded from on top, add the pool noodle for safety
