Was a little short on range to get home, showing I’d run out of battery a mile from home. So I made a short stop for a quick top up whilst buying coffee.
This is Gridserve at Fleet services Westbound on the M3 in Hampshire.
I refer to Shell at Chandlers Ford, further along the motorway. They have a 150kw charger priced at 69p kWh. The Audi Etron 55 is capable of 150kw charging speeds and would add 50 miles extra range in 7 minutes at that charger.
Filmed in October 2022. Gridserve price 65p kWh. Petrol 163.9, diesel 181.9
Car efficiency on this trip 2.9 miles per kWh. Efficiency mode with AC auto. 17 Celcius outdoor temperature.
