Getting the blood flowing before this early morning delivery. I have to keep moving. Being this fat is not acceptable. I need to build to 1000 reps of each exercise that I do.

Camera angle is not very good but I’m pushing off my mattress which isn’t stable on a frame that is a little lower than a coffee table. Air squats don’t look low watch the shoulders there’s major dipage going on.
