Tultule is a beautiful and naughty baby cloud who cannot stay still and loves to glide all around in the vast blue sky. Elders warn her that if she didn't listen to them then one day she would perish in the form of rain.

One day Tultule discovers a black spot on her body and to wash it off she travels everywhere in search of a river. She eventually manages to find a river but it has dried up. River requests her to fall as rain and promises her that she will not let Tultule perish.
Believing the river, Tultule turns in to rain and the river accepts her wholeheartedly. As soon as the river swells up and makes her way to the sea a new Tultule is born who is way more beautiful and softer than the previous one.

Dost is a delightful book to teach little children about the importance of rivers and most importantly about the value of friendship.
