With the changes to Martial Arts combo charges, it looks like you can infinitely stack the bonus attack rating from moves like Tiger Strike and have near 100% chance to hit a monster, EVEN BOSSES, as if you had Ignore Target Defense...on any weapon. This let's you get the full benefit of a massive damage weapon like Ethereal Death Colossus Sword without needing any Attack Rating gear at all. There may even be implications for PvP and Uber farming but i'm giving this to the community to theory craft and explore build options. Let me know what you think!
