Are you tired of trying all the fads to reach a fitness goal or a body that society so generously (term used loosely here) created for you? It's time to throw in the towel...literally ;).

Hi, I'm Katie and am so excited and honored to move with you! I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and have faced every stereotype, judgment and opinion that can be fathomed directed towards my body and how I 'should' look. Which led me chasing a number on a scale and a size on a tag for years. I started to despise moving and doing what I love because it became an endless pursuit of empty, unattainable goals. Why? Because they didn't belong to ME!

It took years of unlearning the root of the entire issue: believing that my body wasn't acceptable. Facing and owning this truth not only allowed me the space to reconnect and appreciate my body in a whole new way - but to reignite my passion to help others do the same thing by teaching movement to achieve energy - not a number.

This Core Training for All Bodies series will meet you exactly where you are at in your journey - at any time, from any where - and is made for all bodies, from someone who understands and appreciates all bodies. The movements are designed to improve the way you move and feel in every day activities, promoting better posture, balance and coordination - and even more for you to LOVE the body you are in while FEELING STRONGER from start to finish.

The focus is on training your muscles with your mindset to remind yourself that you can DO ANYTHING! All you need is a mat and a small hand towel, turn off all distractions and let's play!

Enjoy the process anywhere you are at in your fitness/movement journey! Know that if you are new to getting back into a routine or starting one for the first time, take your time and do what you can - I'm here with you! The more you come back and do this, the more you will feel your strength and endurance fuel your confidence to conquer whatever you desire!
